Visa Information

International attendees are responsible for checking the visa and entry requirements applicable to their nationality and country of residence and for obtaining the appropriate visa, if required, prior to traveling to Thailand.

Tourist Visa

A Thailand Tourist Visa may be required for travelers entering Thailand for tourism or medical purposes. Depending on the applicant’s country of residence, applications may be submitted through a Thai Embassy or Consulate or via the Thailand e-Visa system.
Attendees are advised to contact the relevant Thai Embassy or Consulate in advance to confirm the applicable application procedures, required documents, processing times, and visa fees.
Please note that a Tourist Visa is intended for tourism purposes. Holders of a Tourist Visa are not permitted to undertake employment in Thailand.

Visa on Arrival

Travelers from eligible countries or regions may apply for a Visa on Arrival at designated immigration checkpoints upon arrival in Thailand for tourism purposes.
The Visa on Arrival generally permits a stay of up to 15 days. Applicants should ensure that they meet all applicable requirements, including passport validity, proof of onward travel, and payment of the visa fee.

Visa Exemption

Travelers from eligible countries or regions may enter Thailand under the visa exemption scheme, subject to applicable requirements and conditions.
Eligible visitors may generally stay in Thailand for up to 60 days, with the possibility of applying for an extension of up to 30 additional days at the discretion of the Thai immigration authorities.
The permitted length of stay and activities may vary depending on nationality and individual circumstances. Attendees who intend to stay in Thailand beyond the permitted period should obtain the appropriate visa or authorization in advance.

Visa and entry requirements may vary depending on nationality, country of residence, and the purpose and duration of travel. Requirements, visa fees, and permitted periods of stay are subject to change without prior notice.
Attendees are strongly advised to contact the Thai Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence and consult the official Thailand e-Visa and immigration authorities for the latest visa and entry requirements before making travel arrangements.
The conference organizers are unable to provide individual visa advice or guarantee visa approval. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary visas and travel documents before traveling to Thailand.

Letter of Invitation

A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It perhaps could help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.

1. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration. To obtain an invitation letter, please send e-mail to rsae_conf@outlook.com, together with your registration. The Conference Secretariat will then send a formal visa application form via airmail or fax with which the participants can apply for a visa.

2. Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa. 

3. Please note RSAE Conference and the Organizing Committee Board are not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by Conference Committee Board. Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.

4. It takes around one month for the Embassy to process the VISA application, please register as early as you can to make sure you have enough time.
